The Largest Sleepover We Have Ever Set Up Was in Westminster

In May 2026 a Westminster family booked twelve teepees for a boho birthday in pink, green and yellow, which is still the biggest party we have styled. They collected the equipment from Timonium themselves and set it up at home, which is why a party that size stayed affordable.

Carroll County is a straight run for us, out 140 or down 795. Pickup from Timonium is free and costs nothing but the drive, and delivery is quoted by distance if you would rather not load a car.

Twelve is not the limit of what fits in a room, it is the limit of what we own. If you are planning for eight or more, tell us early so the tents are held for your date.

What a twelve teepee party actually looked like

The room was set as one long village rather than two rows, so the girls could see each other from every bed. The palette was pink, green and yellow with macrame and dried florals, and the family chose pickup, so we had the whole kit loaded and ready on the Friday.

A party that size needs about thirty square feet of clear floor per teepee and a ceiling of seven feet. A finished basement or a cleared living and dining room together will take twelve. If you are not sure your room will hold it, send a photo and we will tell you honestly.

Questions we get from Westminster families

Do you deliver to Westminster, or do we collect?

Both work. Pickup from Timonium is free and most Carroll County families choose it. Delivery is quoted on your zip code and the distance, and we will give you the figure before you commit to anything.

How many teepees can you actually do?

Twelve, and we have done twelve in Westminster. Above eight, book early: there is one set of tents and a Saturday in the autumn goes quickly.

Can we have a theme that is not on your list?

Yes. Custom theme design is $200 for up to six tents, and $25 a tent above six, which covers sourcing the decor for a palette we have not built before. That decor then joins the library, so nobody after you pays the premium for it.
