Booking & Logistics
We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. Weekend dates fill up fast, especially in spring and fall, so the earlier you reach out, the better. Last-minute requests are welcome if we have availability, but we can't always guarantee it.
We're based in Timonium, MD. Customers in Timonium can pick up the equipment at our location at no extra charge. We also offer delivery to Towson, Pikesville, Parkton, Hunt Valley, Lutherville, and surrounding Baltimore County communities. Delivery rates vary by distance. Not sure if we cover your area? Just reach out and we'll let you know.
It's simple. You book online or by email, choose your package and date, and let us know whether you'd like to pick up the equipment in Timonium or add setup, takedown, and delivery. We confirm within 24 hours, send over a contract, and take care of everything from there. You enjoy the party and we handle the rest.
We occasionally have same-week availability. Contact us and we'll check. For the best chance of getting your preferred date, we recommend booking at least two weeks out. Weekend slots in particular tend to book up quickly.
What's Included
It depends on the package. The Classic ($35/tent) includes a teepee tent, air mattress, white fitted sheet, comforter, pillow & pillowcase. The Luxe ($50/tent) adds decorative accent pillows, a serving tray, and a cozy throw blanket. The VIP ($65/tent) adds twinkle lights, a decorative tent topper, garland, and a lantern. Setup and takedown are available as optional add-on services. Setup is +$20/tent and takedown is +$15/tent. When you add setup, we arrive before your party and create the full dreamiest teepee village. When you add takedown, we come back the next morning and handle everything. Rather DIY it? You can pick up the equipment in Timonium, set it up yourself, and return it. Totally up to you!
Always. Every sheet, blanket, and pillowcase is professionally washed and sanitized between every single rental. Air mattresses are wiped down with disinfectant spray. We take hygiene seriously. These are kids sleeping on our equipment, and we treat it accordingly.
Party Boxes are themed add-on kits that level up your party. Depending on the theme, a box might include a spa activity kit, nail polish, face masks, a snack board guide, craft supplies, or a movie night setup. See our Party Boxes page for exactly what's in each one.
The Party Itself
Our setups are most popular for girls ages 5–14. We've hosted parties for kindergarteners who just want the magic of sleeping in a tent, all the way up to tween sleepovers where the girls are more into the spa and movie night experience. If the age is right for a sleepover, the teepee is right too.
Each teepee setup takes approximately 4 feet wide by 7 feet long of floor space. Most living rooms, basements, and playrooms work great. If you're worried about fit, share your room dimensions and we'll help figure out the best layout before you commit.
Absolutely. Choosing a theme is part of the fun. Popular themes include Pastel Dream, Boho Chic, Candy Crush, Pink Glam, Midnight Glow Party, Starry Night, Sports, Taylor Swift Inspired, and more. When you book, just let us know your theme and we will style the teepees and linens to match. See our Rentals page for available themes.
Yes! A sleepunder is a daytime party where kids enjoy the full teepee setup and activities, then everyone goes home before bedtime. It's a great option for younger kids who aren't ready for an overnight or for families who prefer a daytime setup. Just mention it when you book.
Pricing & Policies
Teepee rentals start at $35 per tent. The total depends on the number of tents, your chosen theme, and any Party Box add-ons. Visit our Rentals page for a full breakdown of packages and pricing.
Kids are kids. Minor wear and small spills are expected and totally fine. If something is damaged beyond normal use, we'll reach out after pickup to discuss it. Our goal is always a smooth, no-drama experience for families.
Life happens. Here's our policy: cancel 4+ weeks out and you'll receive a full 100% refund. Cancel within 2 weeks and we'll refund 50%. Cancel within 48 hours of your event and the refund is 25%. We're always happy to discuss rescheduling, so reach out as soon as you know.
A 50% security deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining 50% is due before pickup or on the day of your event. Your date isn't officially confirmed until the deposit is received. We'll send over a contract at the time of booking.
Yes! Tag us on Instagram or Facebook and you'll receive a 5% discount on your order. We love seeing the magic through your eyes, and your posts help other families discover us too. Just let us know you've tagged us when you book.
Setup is +$20 per tent and takedown is +$15 per tent. Delivery rates vary based on your distance from our Timonium location — we'll quote you when you book. Customers picking up in Timonium pay no delivery fee.
