We delivered six Luxe teepees to a Baldwin sleepover in December 2025, and we have another booked in Phoenix for December 2026. Families in Fallston and Perry Hall are in the diary too.

This corner of the county is an easy run from Timonium, which keeps delivery sensible. We can set the whole village up before guests arrive and return the following morning to take it down.

Pickup from Timonium is free if you would rather handle the setup yourselves. Six tents fit in most SUVs and go up in under an hour once you have done one.

December sleepovers are the thing here

Both of our northeastern bookings have landed in December. A teepee sleepover is an indoor party, so the cold is irrelevant, and a winter birthday that would otherwise be stuck indoors gets the night the summer ones get.

The December setups run warmer than you might expect. Every bed is a full-sized twin air mattress with a fitted sheet and a real comforter, with the decorative throw layered on top rather than used as the only cover.

Questions we get from Baldwin families

Do you set up, or do we?

Either. Full setup and takedown is an add on priced per tent with a five tent minimum, so smaller parties pay the five tent rate for it. Plenty of families collect from Timonium and set up themselves, and that is free.

Is a winter sleepover a problem?

No. Everything happens indoors and the beds are properly made with a comforter on each one. Our two bookings in this area have both been December parties.

What is actually on each bed?

A full-sized twin air mattress, a white fitted sheet, a comforter, a pillow and pillowcase. Luxe adds accent pillows, a serving tray and a throw. VIP adds twinkle lights, a tent topper, garland and a lantern.
