Booking & Logistics

How far in advance should I book?▾

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Weekend dates in summer and fall fill up quickly! If you need something sooner, reach out — we sometimes have last-minute availability.

Is a deposit required?▾

Your date is held once payment is made in full, and 15% of that total is a refundable security deposit that comes back to you after the event. We'll send you the details and booking agreement after your initial inquiry. No payment is needed just to send a question!

What's the cancellation policy?▾

We're happy to reschedule bookings with 7+ days' notice at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in a partial deposit hold. We'll go over everything in your booking agreement.

What time do you set up and pick up?▾

We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your party start time and have everything styled before the first guest arrives. Pickup is scheduled for the following morning at a mutually agreed time.

Do you travel outside Baltimore County?▾

We're happy to discuss it! Our standard service area is within 15 miles of Timonium with no delivery fee. Beyond that, a travel fee applies. Just ask in your inquiry and we'll give you a quote.

Setup & Details

How much floor space do I need?▾

Each tent needs roughly 5×6 feet of clear floor space plus walking room around it. A typical living room can comfortably fit 4–6 tents. We'll confirm your space with you before the event date!

Are the linens clean?▾

Always. Every set of bedding and fabric items is freshly washed and sanitized before every single rental. We would never send anything to a client's home that we wouldn't use for our own kids.

Can I choose my theme and colors?▾

Yes! Luxe and VIP packages include full theme coordination. Just tell us your colors and vibe when you book. Classic packages use our standard palette but can be upgraded — just ask!

What if something gets damaged?▾

Normal wear is expected with kiddos! For significant damage, we'll reach out after breakdown and discuss a fair resolution together. We'll include our simple damage policy in your booking agreement.

Do you stay during the party?▾

No — we set up before guests arrive and return the next morning to break everything down. The space is completely yours for the night. We're always reachable by email if you need anything.
